Thanks very much to everyone who booked, publicized, promoted, attended, talked, texted, tweeted and/or blogged about each of the stops featured on the ‘2012 Somethings Old, New, Borrowed & True Tour’, we appreciate your support more than we can say and look forward to seeing you all again next year. This years’ tour was more fun than ought to be legal with clothes on and the good memories will keep Koko and I in stitches through the winter months here at home in Alberta and for that we are indebted to all of you!
I love this life I lead, whether at home or on the road I’m grateful everyday for the gift of my music.
The good folks at ‘Yorkton This Week’ have published an excellent review of the ‘Somethings Old, New, Borrowed & True’ live album upon which this years’ coast-to-coast-in-Canada tour was based and I’m happy to share it with you at the link below. Thanks kindly to author Sean Craib-Petkau and the folks at YTW for the free press, the support, promotion, and appreciation of my music by the working press is invaluable.

Not being a particularly adept self-promoter, the respect of the critical press has been extremely important to my career, and I’m always grateful when my work is appreciated in print.
A month on the road has earned me a week off until I’m back on stage at Grande Prairie, AB, in the Skylark Lounge. My first visit is scheduled for both weekend nights with shows starting at 8pm and I’ll be looking forward to a howdy-and-shake if you should find yourself in that neck of the woods. With plans in the works for central Alberta dates this fall featuring my eastern Canadian cohort Mark Ripp you can rest assured that we’ll have plenty of opportunity to connect before the snow flies and I’ll do my best to post the details here just as soon as they’re finalized.
A man in need of a new roof is always looking for more work, and as one of those men I thank you in advance for dropping me a line if you’re in need of entertaining.
As always thanks for checking the calendar here for the latest updates and see you at the show!
