A busy week on stage & an excellent article!

'A Tribute to Catfish John' album cover

With a return engagement at Edmonton gastro-pub Fionn MacCool’s scheduled for Thursday night,  a set at the National Aboriginal Day concert at the Legislature Grounds in Edmonton on Saturday night, and an appearance in the Metis Child & Family Services Music Jamboree at St. Albert Lions Park on Sunday afternoon I’m looking forward to a busy 1st week as I return to the stage for the summer of 2012. I’m always pleased to be invited out to perform in celebration of National Aboriginal Week here at home and looking forward to seeing our new friends at Fionn’s and I hope that you’re able to join us at one of these events if you should find yourself in the capitol region this weekend.

I’ve included a link to an article on ‘The Trichordist – Artists For An Ethical Internet’ below which I encourage all friends of Harwill and fans of music of all styles to peruse at your earliest convenience. Insightful, concise, and revealing, as a creator of music and a professional musician and entertainer I want you to know that I consider the author (David Lowery) to be wholly on point in his conclusions here and that as regards music and the internet I generally support his philosophical position.

Enjoy!

As always I thank you for checking the calendar here for the latest updates and look forward to a howdy-and-shake at a show near you!
