For the ‘non-folkies’ in the crowd Sterling Management Services has planned an alternative for your musical entertainment at Edmonton this weekend. Join us at the Eastwood Community League, 11803 – 86 Street, Edmonton, AB, for a country music mini-festival featuring the latest edition of the Tim Harwill Band this Saturday afternoon, August 9, 2014, from 10AM thru 4PM.
The trio version of the THB featuring myself on 12-string & harmonica joined by Aretha Tillotson on bass & Devin Rehm on banjo will open the show with a pair of 45 minute sets during the FREE pancake breakfast. With a talented line-up including Aboriginal Dancers & local songstress Carrie Day, the show will be closed by the great father/son duo of Alfie Myhre on fiddle & son Byron on guitar with a set starting at 3:15PM.
